Judging a puppy's age also appears to be less accurate, while judging a puppy's age by the development of its teeth is much more objective.

The puppy's teeth are called deciduous teeth. Before they become permanent teeth (42), there are 28 deciduous teeth in total. As follows:

Incisors: 3*2/3*2 Canines: 1*2/1*2 Premolars: 3*2/3*2

Age of puppies

19-28 days old milk incisors were born;

21-28 days old 3rd milk premolars were born;

21-35 days old baby canines are born;

21-42 days old 4th milk premolars are born;

28-42 days old 2nd milk premolars are born;

All deciduous teeth at the age of 2 months;

The first and second permanent incisors at the age of 3~4 months;

The first permanent incisor at the age of 4~5 months Premolars were born;

4-6 months old permanent canines were born, and the first permanent posterior molars of the upper and lower jaws were born;

4-7 months old second permanent teeth were born;

The 3rd permanent incisor was born at the age of 5~6 months; ~9 months old mandibular 3rd permanent posterior molars were born;

After 9 months old, all permanent teeth were replaced; sudden.
