In the dog world, the Dogo is chosen as a guard dog for its fierceness and bravery, and is trusted by people. However, the training of Dogo dogs actually has a long history. Below, a pet editor will briefly introduce the origin of the Dogo for all pet owners who like dogs.
Dogo dogs originated in Argentina. Long ago, they hunted on the Pampas plain. The terrain was so varied and varied that it was difficult to pass even on horseback in many places. In the wilderness, large beasts are often encountered, which directly threatens the safety of hunters. As a hunting dog, you must be able to bravely confront these beasts without hesitation, and go up to fight them at the first time. Even if you are injured, you must stand firm. And do not flinch, thus ensuring the safety of the hunter, and gaining time for the hunter to prepare for battle or retreat.
It took 36 years from the beginning of the breeding program in 1928 to the acceptance of the Argentine Dogo by the Argentine Canine Federation (FCA) in 1964, and was officially approved by the International Dog in 1973. It took 45 years, as admitted by the FCI. In the meantime, Antonio paid the price with his life. During a hunt in 1956, Antonio was tragically stabbed to death. After this tragedy, Augustine inherited his brother's legacy of breeding Dogo Argentines. He moved the Dogo from the province of Córdoba to the city of Santa Rosa, in the province of La Pampa, where he settled, where Augustine finally completed his mission to create the Dogo Argentine.
As such, with its many excellent characteristics, the Dogo is the perfect dog in the dog world, and is used to assist people in hunting, even if it is a large beast, the Dogo is not afraid. Have pet owners started to regard the Dogo as a new idol?
