Schnauzer is a type of terrier that originated in Germany in the 15th century. Their name Schnauzer means mouth in German. They are energetic and lively. Schnauzers are divided into Standard Schnauzers, Miniature Schnauzers and Giant Schnauzers 3 varieties
1 Resolutely eliminate corporal punishment - the method of coercing Schnauzers into obedience by corporal punishment is the most undesirable method. Like any animal, the Schnauzer is very wary of people. From the dog's standpoint, being beaten and kicked for no apparent reason can only create the impression of being mistreated. If it is a very powerful master, the schnauzer may obey out of fear. However, Schnauzers who grew up in this environment are extremely insecure, sometimes attacking weak children or the elderly, and even dangerous incidents of biting people. Therefore, when the dog does not obey the command, shoot the schnauzer in the face with the water gun while shouting the command, and most of the schnauzers will be quiet.
2 Train anytime, anywhere - training is not time-limited. In some daily life, such as walking, eating, and visitors, you should patiently teach the Schnauzer what should do and what should not do. Never give up - Schnauzers are not animals that are taught once or twice and then immediately remember and obey. It needs to gradually form memories during the non-stop training process. Therefore, the breeder is required to be patient and train it continuously.
3 Develop adaptability - Schnauzers often avoid, bark at, or simply destroy things they don't like. This can sometimes cause a lot of trouble for the owner. In this case, first of all, be patient, never be impatient, let the Schnauzer slowly approach what it doesn't like, and at the same time keep talking to it in a gentle voice to calm it down. If you beat and scold Schnauzer at this time, it will make Schnauzer hide further. In addition, keeping the Schnauzer away from things and places it doesn't like can only increase the distress of the breeder, and the breeder can't do anything about it.
