Dog feeding is bad behavior. If this behavior is not corrected in the puppy period, it will develop into a toy guard, a territory guard, etc. in the future, which will eventually lead to attacking humans, which is very dangerous. Many people advocate using beating to get rid of the bad habit of protecting dogs' food. I strongly disagree with this. Because dog food protection is an instinct, it is innate. Beating it when it is protecting its food will be counterproductive and will only arouse its desire to protect its food. In the wild, animals sacrifice their lives for a bit of food. Food is also very precious to a dog, something it needs to defend. So training the dog not to protect food requires a little patience, don't grab its things at the beginning, it will be more dangerous to do so.

Training method:
1. Always let go and feed. Open the palm of your hand and feed it to the dog with tasty food, which can be a snack. This feeding method is very safe, the dog will lick and will not bite. After dogs get used to it, you can try to hold the food bowl in your hand and feed it to your puppy.
2. Let the dog get used to being around when eating. When you feed it, put your hand on it first. Pour food into its bowl while petting it. Don't stop petting while it's eating. Be gentle and slow, and be able to talk to him so he can trust you not to steal his food. Don't be rash with petting, it depends on the degree of dog acceptance. You can start by stroking its back, and then gradually move toward the head when it doesn't object (this process can sometimes take days to complete).
3. After being used to being around and touching while eating, that is, no threat. Start trying to carry the food bowl away. During the whole process of eating, if you find signs of threat, such as starting to wrinkle your nose, make a whimper, squinting at people, etc., shout loudly and take away the food. When it's quiet, praise it, pet it and say, Very good. Give it to the food bowl. Repeat this over and over until it doesn't resist.
