Burmese pythons are domesticated. The length of the rearing space is preferably more than 3/4 of the length of the snake, so that it does not shrink for a long time. The bottom must be covered with a certain thickness of a mixture of loose and disinfected soil, newspaper, wood chips and moss. Natural litter is best cooked to prevent parasite infection. Also, a hiding place for the Burmese python and a water container large enough to hold the entire body submerged in the water are a must.

The Burmese python will prey on a variety of food in the wild, such as: various amphibians, Reptiles, small mammals, etc., but domestic Burmese pythons are best fed to domestic mice, rats, sunflower rats, and rabbits, which can prevent your pythons from infecting parasites, and use mammals as food for more comprehensive nutrition. .
