Eyes
Relatively distant, almond-shaped, medium in size, amber to brown, Be friendly, alert and intelligent. The color around the eyes is the same color as the lips.
Ears
Medium in size, triangular in shape, set high and short haired.
Skull
Well-defined, slightly wedge-shaped. Skull: Broad, occiput not prominent. The length of the head is approximately 9 inches (23 cm).

Color
Color is a variety of shades of red or orange, usually with some white markings: on the tip of the tail, feet and chest. Eye circles are flesh-colored, or black.
Gait
The stride is pleasant and springy, with a light and lively gait. Shows good drive, keeping the topline level during exercise.
Temperament
Very intelligent, easy to train, and has great stamina. They are sturdy, not afraid of cold water, and they are reassuring to hold their prey in their mouths.
