【Basic information】

Family: Tumor disease

Symptoms: Fever, wound non-healing, long-term vomiting, long-term Diarrhea, long-term cough, blindness and epilepsy

【Main symptoms】

The tumor cells in the early stage are quite small and difficult to find. Easy to detect and painful. When the tumor metastasizes to bone or other tissues, it will cause pain in dogs, especially malignant osteosarcoma and multiple myeloma, which often cause bone dissolution. If you find that the wound is not healing well, be aware of the possibility of cancer. Many other symptoms also occur: for example, many tumors metastasize to different organs through the blood and lymphatic system, and the affected organs will have related symptoms. For example, chronic loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, difficulty breathing, glaucoma, sudden blindness, and seizures.

【Diagnostic Criteria】

Imaging examination: X-ray examination and contrast agent examination.

Ultrasound: Very effective, but limited for bones and lungs.

MRI: Can detect more subtle tumors earlier.

Endoscopy and bronchoscopy: can actually diagnose and treat the actual conditions of the digestive tract and respiratory tract.

Bone marrow sampling: Can look for cancer within the bone marrow.

【Treatment method】

According to different tumor characteristics, different treatment options are given, including surgery, chemotherapy and reflex therapy. In fact, different tumors are treated differently and their recovery after treatment varies. For example, as long as breast tumors are detected early and surgical treatment is performed early, the treatment effect is quite good. But some tumors are poorly treated.
