To distinguish the sex of rabbits mainly depends on the PP part, strictly speaking, the reproductive organs. The characteristics of adult rabbit are more obvious. The male rabbit has a scrotum on each side of the penis, which is commonly known as the egg. The eggs of male rabbits are dark pink in the early stage of sexual maturity, and become more obvious when they are larger, and become long strips, like two small bags full of things. The male rabbit's penis is usually shrunk inside, which is not very conspicuous, and can be seen by pressing lightly from the top of the genitals with the hand.

Conversely, a female rabbit is an adult without a penis and scrotum.
