You can start by calling the dog's name while holding something the dog likes, moving it slowly back and forth between the dog's eyes and the owner's jaw. Note that when calling the dog's name, even if the dog looks up at the owner's face once in a while with the cry, give it a lot of encouragement, touch its head, and sometimes give some prizes, etc. In order to make the fixation time gradually increase, the time for giving the reward should also be gradually extended accordingly. Don't lean over when calling your dog's name. Hold a thing the dog likes and move it back and forth between the dog's eyes and the owner's chin to attract the dog's attention and make it focus on the owner's face.
