We have seen from some international and domestic large-scale famous dog exhibition competitions that the dogs participating in the competition will consciously pose beautifully. Due to the display and evaluation of famous dogs, in addition to observing whether the dog is beautiful, the standing posture is also the key to whether the dog can win. So, if your dog is going to participate in the future, be sure to train your dog well at ordinary times.
Training the dog into good posture, you can first prepare a small table, hold the dog on the small table, and let its hind legs close to the edge of the small table. When the dog wants to lie down because of fear, use one hand to support its front chest or chin, and the other hand gently pulls the dog's tail back. The hand holding the front chest is pushed back, so that the dog feels that the back foot will lose support, and can only try to lean forward as much as possible, naturally showing a posture of straight limbs and chest up. When pulling the dog's tail, be careful not to pull only the tail hair, so as not to cause pain and refusal to train the dog.
It is best for dogs to start this kind of training from 5-6 months old puppies. As long as the training is repeated many times, the dog will form a conditioned reflex. In the future, even when standing on a flat ground or participating in a competition, As long as the dog's chest is held up and the dog's tail is pulled up, the dog will naturally assume a standard and graceful posture.
