Butterfly dogs also have a strong sense of athletic ability. Moderate exercise can make your dog have long-lasting endurance, strong muscles, flexible footwork and jumping, and lightness and agility. The exercise should be moderate, which means that the puppy's age, breed, physique, feeding and nutrition should be considered, and the amount should be increased or decreased as appropriate. There are also differences due to the different purposes of the exercise, which are basically divided into 3 types:
1. Forcibly exercise puppies within 6 months of age , with delicate bones and insufficient strength, suitable for rolling and jumping freely. This can accelerate blood circulation, promote normal development, and play a role in health care. Generally do this type of exercise 10-15 minutes before eating in the morning and evening.
2. It is a transitional period to maturity and stability to work for a butterfly dog over 6 months of age and under one year of age, and the exercise during this period must not be delayed. The so-called labor is to train it to do a little simple title transfer work. At this time, the general working butterfly dog already needs to learn all kinds of working skills and master the basic movement essentials. The process of receiving training and the process of most family butterfly dogs being held by their owners for walking on the street can be regarded as labor processes, that is, the owner pays a certain amount of labor to help the butterfly dog to complete sports tasks, mainly skill training.
3. Intense exercise A butterfly dog over the age of one year is an adult butterfly dog, and its physical development has matured, and physical exercise begins here. At this time, you don't have to worry about exhausting your butterfly dog, it is best to train fast running and jumping obstacles on the open ground. But there is still no law, otherwise, it is easy to lead to physical dysfunction and metabolic disorders.
