One of the problems that friends with long-haired dogs will encounter is that sometimes there are small hairballs on the dog. After cleaning it up, there are still small holes in the hair on the dog if you don't dare to clean it up. This is a simple question of knowledge when it comes to pets grooming. It is mainly affected by the type of pet dog, the type of hair, and the degree of bathing. So how should this problem be solved?
Step 1: Saturate the hairballs with an oil-based spray conditioner to loosen them.
Step 2 If the dog's hair is knotted, don't rush to wet the hair with water. As a dog's coat gets wet and then dries, it shrinks, making it harder to groom. To unclog the knotted dog hair, you should prepare a professional comb, and then prepare a spare. Sometimes it is also necessary to prepare a professional dog grooming spray.
Step 3: Use a hairball comb - the angled comb teeth can separate the hairs in clumps, and the knot cutter - a comb that can cut the hairballs into small pieces for easy handling one by one. Try to pull out the hairballs.
Step 4: If the hairballs are getting smaller, cut them off with a knot cutter. If you use scissors, you must be extra careful. The skin of the dog is not used with humans. It is easy to pull the skin up by pulling its fur. To be on the safe side, use a comb to slide between the skin and the hairballs, and then use scissors to cut the hairballs off the top of the comb.
Step 5: Gently brush the debris with a rake comb to remove any remaining knots.
Finally, comb through with a fine-toothed comb to make sure all hairballs are removed.
These are just methods, the point is to maintain.
