On palpation, the dog's penis was swollen, sensitive, and the urethra was red and swollen. When probing the urethra, the dog was sore and uncomfortable, and the catheter was difficult to insert.
1. Difficulty urinating, painful urination, cloudy urine (mixed with pus and blood), the urine is linear, and the animal is distressed.
2. The sick dog showed painful urine dripping, which caused the urine to be discharged intermittently due to inflammatory pain during urination. When urinating, the male dog's penis flickered frequently, and the female dog's labia continued to open.
3. Cloudy urine, which contains mucus and blood. Sometimes necrotic, detached urethral mucosa is excreted.

1. Infection control, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory: ampicillin 10.0 mg, kg intramuscular injection, ceftriaxone 20.0 mg/kg intramuscular injection; roxithromycin 5 mg/kg oral.
2. Wash the bladder with 0.1% potassium permanganate solution.
3. At the same time, the effect of oral administration of chloramidated urine is better.
4. Always keep the dog's urination area hygienic to reduce the growth of bacteria. Once the dog is found to have indecent actions, it should be sterilized as soon as possible to reduce secretion. When going out, pay attention to whether the dog's urination posture has infected it with bacteria, and do not allow the dog to mate with other female dogs at will. If it is sick, take it to the veterinarian to check whether it is pus or prostate secretion. If it is prostate secretion, the owner needs to clean up the dog more.
