1. Appropriate temperature: The adaptable ambient temperature of the African tortoise is 27~30, 24~26, 20~22 degrees Celsius. Therefore, the temperature should not be too high, not more than 35 degrees Celsius, and it can drop to 20 degrees at night.

Second, suitable humidity: the African foldback tortoise needs higher humidity , usually 60~85% of the incoming water is the most basic requirement, and high humidity is more suitable for it.

Third, the focus of feeding: African tortoises should be provided with foods high in fiber, high calcium, low phosphorus and appropriate protein, so as to ensure that the African tortoises are not swelled and have a balanced nutrition. Acid excretion is normal.
