It is understood that leatherback turtles cannot be cultivated artificially, so people can only study their wild environment. Leatherback turtles live in the sea and are the largest turtles. They have a wide distribution in the world and are constantly cruising.

The diet of leatherback turtles is very mixed, mainly fish, shrimp, crab, squid, Snails, clams, starfish, sea cucumbers, jellyfish and algae, and even jellyfish with stinging cells. Leatherback turtles have been included in the 2013 IUCN Red List of Threatened Species ver 3.1 - Vulnerable (VU).
