Characteristics of the cobra in Thailand

The Thai cobra, also known as the Siamese cobra or the Indochina venomous cobra, is a medium-sized and relatively thick-bodied cobra.

The body of the Thai cobra is grey, brown and black with white spots or markings. These spots or markings can cover the entire body and appear as white streaks. They are 0.9-1.2 meters long, and some are even as long as 1.6 meters. Eat mainly rodents, birds and small reptiles such as snakes and lizards.
