Asian giant tortoises are omnivores and their food is mainly plants. In nature, Asian giant tortoises are mostly vegetarian, and artificial breeding can be fed with vegetables, fruits, earthworms, fish, shrimp, livestock and poultry offal and scraps, plant stems and leaves, rice, noodles, compound feed, etc.

The suitable temperature for Asian giant tortoise growth is 20-31℃, the best is 26-30℃. Stop feeding when the water temperature drops below 20°C, and enter hibernation when the temperature drops below 15°C.
