The tortoise can live for about 60~70 years. In order to make the tortoise live longer, we need to pay attention to the following feeding matters:

1. The tortoise is small and has weak adaptability. It is difficult to raise and has a low survival rate. Newly introduced ground turtles should be placed in a dry carton or container with sand and a drinking bowl. Feed a variety of foods every day, do not disturb the tortoise before feeding, so as to avoid the tortoise refusing to eat.

2. The tortoise likes warmth and is afraid of cold. The terrain should be high. Establish a diary and record various situations every day, especially the temperature and eating conditions, these are the keys to raising a good ground turtle.

3. Ground turtles are semi-aquatic turtles. When artificially raised, they should be raised on sandy soil with a thickness of 3 to 5 cm and should be replaced once a month.
