How to deal with the sickness of North American snapping turtles:
1. White trouble: The North American snapping turtles are restless, anorexia or refusal to eat, and the turtle body is thin. With the development of the disease, gray-white spots will appear on the body surface, head, limbs and tail of the North American snapping turtle.
Treatment: Apply clotrimazole syrup to the affected part of the snapping turtle, twice a day for 3 days, and leave it dry after wiping.

2 , Red neck disease: The throat and neck of the North American snapping turtle are swollen and red, muscle edema, unresponsive, slow movement, and loss of appetite.
Treatment method: Povidone-iodine can be used for smearing, and chloramphenicol, oxytetracycline and other antibiotics can be used for seriously ill snapping turtles.
