The lifespan of thorn mountain turtles is not very long, and most of them can live to about 20 years old. Generally, captive-bred sea turtles have a shorter lifespan than wild-grown sea turtles. Under normal circumstances, most sea turtles can live for 15-22 years , but there are also many turtles that do not live for 15 years, and some can live for about 25 years.
