The rocket hanger can reproduce, and the reproduction method is the group spawning type. The color of rocket hanging juveniles consists of yellow, blue and white. In adulthood, the color is fixed, the tail turns blue, and the dorsal and anal fins are golden-edged. There are small golden spots above the eyes and a golden circle just below them. Aquariums above 350 liters need to have enough swimming space. Ferocious to other hangers, but friendly to other fish.

The rocket hanger has orange-yellow dorsal and anal fins that radiate backward in a triangular shape. When swimming, it looks like a rocket that is erupting, hence the name. Adults can grow up to 375px, and generally trade individuals are more at 5-200px. Abundant in the Philippines, there are records of more production in the waters of Australia and New Zealand, but there are fishing restrictions there, so most of the ones seen on the market are from the Philippines. The juvenile rocket tail is white with dull orange spots and patterns on the body. As adults, these spots and patterns will fade away and the tail will gradually turn light blue.
