White spot disease. Or floating on the water, or living in a group, loss of appetite, accompanied by bleeding spots on the body, and likes to rub and itch on aquatic plants, fish tanks, etc.

Use 5-8/1000th of table salt to sprinkle into the tank, and raise the temperature to above 28°C. Bricks can be soaked in urine for a day, then taken out to dry, called urinating bricks in ancient times. Then put the urinating brick into the sick fish tank, and it will take effect in a few days.
