Lianshan Black Rabbit is made by the China Lianshan Black Rabbit Development and Research Center using local mutant black rabbits as the basis, integrating local rabbit species from Sichuan and Fujian, through hybridization, introduction, purification and selection.

The Lianshan Black Rabbit is completely black and bright, and it is genetically modified Black-clawed, black-fur, black-skinned, black-eyed rabbits bred by technology. Lianshan black rabbits have strong resistance and prevention ability to many diseases such as rabbit plague, Pasteurella, coccidiosis, diarrhea, ear ringworm, and rhinitis. Without injections and medicines, the survival rate of young rabbits raised in Lianshan black rabbits can reach more than 98%.
