Eggplant in vegetables contains fenugreek, stachydine, solanine (long Kwaisu), choline and other alkaloids, eating too much can lead to gastroenteritis or diarrhea in rabbits.

There are also onions, shallots, leeks, garlic, peppers, etc., while chocolate and coffee can cause snow rabbit poisoning and should be avoided.
