The Taihang Mountain Rabbit likes to eat carrots, sweet potatoes, cabbage, pumpkins, spinach, cucumbers, radish leaves, oranges, bananas, grapes, apples, plantains, dandelions, goose sausages, bean curd, bread and other foods. Foods like corn, peanuts, potatoes, etc. cannot be eaten in large quantities.

It is important to note that there should not be too much water in the food, otherwise it will cause Taihang Mountain Rabbit diarrhoea or even died. Before feeding, the food should be washed and the surface water should be dried before feeding it.
