The ghost mastiff is very aggressive. The ghost mastiff's temper is unpredictable and difficult to domesticate and raise. It is said that a ghost mastiff in Ningxia cannot be fed close to it. When it roars, it can make people sweat. The dog didn't dare to make a sound, shivered, and looked surrendered. In terms of combat power, among the Tibetan mastiffs, the ghost mastiff is the most, followed by the blue wolf mastiff, and then the Tibetan mastiff. It is said that there are only a few ghost mastiffs in China, and there are two in Ningxia.

The ghost mastiff is actually a subspecies of Tibetan mastiff or the product of genetic mutation. Its coat color is different from other Tibetan mastiffs, and it is also different from the albino Tibetan mastiffs. By crossing with other large dogs, it retains some of the physical characteristics of the parents. The white-blue hybrid in the coat color is called the ghost mastiff.
The Ghost Mastiff is stronger than the Tibetan Mastiff, but has a slightly lower IQ than the Tibetan Mastiff, and has a very violent temper. The Ghost Mastiff only recognizes one master in its life, and sometimes the master does not. If the master encounters an accident and dies before the ghost mastiff, then this persistent ghost mastiff may starve to death, and it will not take refuge in the second master! And ghost mastiffs are only suitable for survival in the cold grasslands above 2500 altitude on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
