Australian terriers are generally ready to give birth in about two months. The first litter is best at around 15 months. If it is around 10 months, it is best not to breed, and try to postpone it until the second year.

Generally, the female Australian Terrier should not eat any more food on the day of delivery, or only eat a small amount of what she loves. When the body temperature is getting lower and lower, it means that the Australian Terrier is about to give birth.
