North American possums generally do not bite, but this does not mean that they are docile. When faced with serious harm, North American possums will be extremely resistant. If you are accidentally bitten by a North American possum, we can take the following measures:
1. If there is no bleeding or congestion, basically no treatment is required. If you feel it is necessary, you can wash your hands .

2. If there is bleeding, first place your finger on the On the other side of the faucet, turn on the faucet and let the water rinse the wound for 5-10 minutes. Remember to rinse with running water, not in a basin of water. You can wash the wound with soap while rinsing, and then put a Band-Aid on it after the blood has clotted.
