The first thing to look at is how old the cat is.
The kitten will die within 3 to 5 days after the onset of feline plague with incomplete immunity. 4 days, after timely treatment is still alive, the probability of survival is relatively large.
Adult cats have better resistance and physical strength than kittens, and they have a better chance of survival after timely treatment. The cycle depends on the cat's physical condition, usually about 7 days.

Secondly, If the cat's clinical symptoms are relieved and begin to improve, continued treatment can save the cat.
If the cat continues to vomit, diarrhoea, blood in the stool, etc., the chance of cure is very low.
