Cuba cockroaches are 20mm to 30mm in size. The color of the larvae is completely different from that of the adults. The green color is also unique among cockroaches. Adults can fly, and are often attracted by lights to fly into the house in the local area, but they prefer to live in the outdoor piles of dead leaves, which will not cause harm to humans.

The   image of the Cuban cockroach is similar to that of ordinary cockroaches. The biggest feature is its light green body color and yellow edges on both sides. With lines, the abdomen is white or milky white. Female Cuban cockroaches can grow to 24 mm, while males are generally smaller, at most about 12 to 15 mm long. The Cuban cockroach has larger wings and is one of the few cockroaches that can often make efficient flight (generally cockroaches can also fly, but they are usually less skilled, so they don't fly very often). In the larval stage, the Cuban cockroach is brown or black, and often appears in burrows; as adults, the body of the Cuban cockroach will gradually fade to light green, and will no longer stay in the burrow, but prefer to climb everywhere.
